Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations & Refunds:

You may cancel your lay-by Agreement at any time before the Products are delivered.

Cancellation Before Delivery:

If you choose to cancel your Agreement before delivery, you are entitled to a refund of any instalments you have paid. However, a Cancellation Charge may apply.

The Cancellation Charge is:

• 15% of the Total Price, or

• $230,

whichever is less

This charge represents a reasonable pre-estimate of costs incurred, including administrative costs, payment processing fees, handling, and loss associated with reserving stock.

The Cancellation Charge will:

• Only apply where LayawayAU is not in breach of the Agreement

• Never exceed the total amount you have paid

The Cancellation Charge will be deducted from any refund due to you.

Cancellation by LayawayAU:

If we cancel the Agreement (for example, due to product unavailability or other circumstances), you will receive a full refund of all payments made and no Cancellation Charge will apply.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 10 Business Days and returned to your original payment method.
