Raise or lower your payment, move your payment day to any weekday, switch between weekly and fortnightly, or take a break — skip one payment, once every 90 days. All of it in your account at my.layawayau.com, free.

The price you start with is the price you finish with, even if the shop price goes up while you pay.

As soon as your layby is paid off we order the exact item you chose and deliver it free, Australia-wide, with tracking. The timeframe is set out in your agreement.

Change the plan first if you can see it coming. If a debit does fail we retry it. Your bank may charge you for a failed debit; we don’t, and there are no late fees.

We offer you a substitute in writing, of equal or greater value at no extra cost, or a full refund of everything you have paid. Your choice.

Cancel any time before delivery, in your account or by emailing contact@layawayau.com. The cancellation charge is 15% of the Total Price or $230, whichever is less, and never more than you have paid. The rest is refunded within 10 business days.
