Delivery Policy

Products are delivered once the Total Price has been paid in full. Delivery is free, Australia-wide, to the delivery address on your agreement. The clauses below are taken from the Lay-by Purchase Agreement.

10. Delivery

• Products will only be delivered once full payment is received
• We aim to dispatch within 20 Business Days of final payment
• You must provide an accurate Delivery Address
• Risk passes to You upon delivery

11. Title and Risk

• Ownership remains with Us until full payment is received
• Risk transfers to You upon delivery

Changing the delivery address

Email contact@layawayau.com with your order number before your final payment and we will update it.
