No. Never. Layby isn’t credit, so there’s no credit check. You need to be 18 or over.

Once your last payment has cleared. We dispatch the exact item you chose, as listed on the product page, to your door anywhere in Australia, and delivery is free. You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on the way; the exact timeframe is in your agreement.

Yes. In your account you can raise or lower your payment, switch between weekly and fortnightly, move it to any weekday, or take a break: skip one payment, once every 90 days. Changes are free and take effect from your next payment, as long as you make them before it’s due.

We retry it. There’s no late fee and no dishonour fee from us; your bank may charge you for a failed debit, we don’t. Your layby stays open and we pick up at your next payment, or you can move your payday or take a break in your account. If payments stop altogether, the layby can be cancelled under the terms.

You can cancel any time before delivery. You get back what you’ve paid, less a cancellation charge of 15% of the Total Price or $230, whichever is less. It can never be more than you’ve paid, and we confirm the exact figure with you before anything is final. The refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days.
