This charge represents a reasonable pre-estimate of administrative costs, payment processing fees, handling, and loss associated with reserving stock. The Cancellation Charge will never exceed the total amount you have paid. Once your item has been delivered, our standard warranty and consumer guarantee rights apply under Australian Consumer Law.
