When do I receive my item?

Once your layby is fully paid, your item ships within 2-5 business days. If you've bundled multiple items, items ship as they're paid off.

Can I pay off early?

Absolutely! You can make extra payments anytime to pay off your layby faster. There are no penalties for early payoff.

What's your return & cancellation policy?

You can cancel your layby at any time before receiving your item. Cancellation within the 10-day cooling-off period is completely free. After the cooling-off period, a cancellation fee of 15% of the product's value applies (capped at $230). Once your item has been delivered, our standard warranty and consumer guarantee rights apply under Australian Consumer Law.

What if I can't make a payment?

Life happens — just give us a call and we'll work with you. We can adjust your payment day or discuss options. We're a small Australian team and we genuinely want to help you succeed with your layby.
