The two-story house opens wide so kids can have easy play access, and then closes back up for convenient storage and on-the-go play. The sweet house comes fully furnished and includes working doors, two flexible wooden play figures, and 11 wooden furniture pieces. Kids can have hours of pretend play as they set up their dolls for meals at the kitchen table and chairs, and enjoy a family night in the living room with a couch and television. When it’s time for bed they can bring the play figures up the stairs to the second floor to the bathroom and then tuck them into the little bed.
This dollhouse is made of sturdy, high-quality materials that can hold up against frequent use and everyday play. We are committed to protecting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and working with our suppliers to assist with warranty claims. Products sold by Layaway will be covered by a Manufacturer's Warranty for at least a one-year period from the date of purchase.
Your warranty will cover any manufacturing defects which, if existing, will present themselves within this warranty period.
Your warranty will not cover normal wear and tear, faults caused by misuse, and accidents which cause damage or theft caused after delivery. Using the product in a way it is not designed for will void your warranty.
We can only process ONE order per customer at a time.

Cheapest item ships first
It's simple: you pay just $35 per week until your item is paid off. The total number of weeks depends on your product price. No hidden fees, no interest charges.
Once your layby is fully paid, your item ships within 2-5 business days. If you've bundled multiple items, items ship as they're paid off.
Absolutely! You can make extra payments anytime to pay off your layby faster. There are no penalties for early payoff.
You can cancel your layby at any time before receiving your item. Cancellation within the 10-day cooling-off period is completely free. After the cooling-off period, a cancellation fee of 15% of the product's value applies (capped at $230). Once your item has been delivered, our standard warranty and consumer guarantee rights apply under Australian Consumer Law.
