If you cancel, a Cancellation Charge of 15% of the Total Price or $230 (whichever is less) may be deducted from your refund; it will never exceed the total amount you have paid. Our team confirms the figure by email within 1 business day and pays your refund to the bank account on your layby within 10 business days. Once your item has been delivered, our standard warranty and returns terms apply.
