Attention, eager beaver! Need your delivery in a flash?
No worries, mate! We're here to save the day! Just give us an email at contact@layawayau.com and let us know if you would like to pay more or less each week. Rest assured, we'll also provide you with an estimated delivery date when we make these changes. So don't you worry, your delivery dreams are in safe hands!
We can only process ONE order per customer at a time.
How do the payments work?
How do the payments work?
You pay nothing today. Pick $15, $25 or $50 a week and it comes out of your bank account by direct debit on the day you choose, weekly or fortnightly, until the price shown is paid. No interest, no credit check, and the price never goes up because you take longer.
When do I get it?
When do I get it?
After your final payment. We order the exact item on this page and deliver it free, Australia-wide, with tracking. The timeframe is set out in your agreement.
Can I get it sooner?
Can I get it sooner?
Yes. Raise your weekly amount in your account at my.layawayau.com and your final payment moves closer. You can lower it again, move your payment day or take a break the same way, free.
What does cancelling cost?
What does cancelling cost?
You can cancel any time before delivery by emailing contact@layawayau.com. The cancellation charge is 15% of the Total Price or $230, whichever is less, and never more than you have paid. The rest is refunded to your bank account within 10 business days.
Is this credit?
Is this credit?
No. Layby isn’t credit. There is no credit check, no interest and nothing owed. You pay towards the item and it is delivered once it is yours. Miss a payment and we simply retry it; your bank may charge you for a failed debit, we don’t.
Your instalments come out of your bank account by direct debit, processed by Zepto. We never see your online banking login, and nothing is taken today.
