Once your layby is fully paid, your item ships within 2-5 business days.

Absolutely, and there's no penalty. Raise your weekly payment any time in your account (up to $500 a payment online) and your finish date moves closer — paid off sooner means delivered sooner. Or contact us to pay the balance in one go.

You can cancel your layby at any time before delivery of the Products — online, in your account, where you'll see your exact refund figure before you confirm, or by emailing contact@layawayau.com with your order number. If you cancel, a Cancellation Charge of 15% of the Total Price or $230 (whichever is less) may be deducted from your refund; it will never exceed the total amount you have paid. Our team confirms the figure by email within 1 business day and pays your refund to the bank account on your layby within 10 business days. Once your item has been delivered, our standard warranty and returns terms apply.

Change the plan before the payment day — in your account you can lower your payment, move it to a different weekday, or skip one payment and start again next time. None of that costs a fee. If a payment does fail, we'll be in touch and a real person on our small Australian team will help you get back on track.
