You can cancel your layby at any time before delivery of the Products — online, in your account, where you'll see your exact refund figure before you confirm, or by emailing contact@layawayau.com with your order number. If you cancel, a Cancellation Charge of 15% of the Total Price or $230 (whichever is less) may be deducted from your refund; it will never exceed the total amount you have paid. Our team confirms the figure by email within 1 business day and pays your refund to the bank account on your layby within 10 business days. Once your item has been delivered, our standard warranty and returns terms apply.

Change the plan before the payment day — in your account you can lower your payment, move it to a different weekday, or skip one payment and start again next time. None of that costs a fee.
